Hi

I have spoken with O2 Customer Care and also gone through some posts about O2 Family Discount.

There is still one point am not clear about.. I am on O2 Open Discount 25% and want to bring my wife on O2 SIM Only.

In order to get O2 Family Discount, does the SIM Only plan has to be on her name ?

I know it has to be the same address though to get discount.

Thanks

You should have another open code you can use for 25% which can be in any name.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@kuchipudinitin it does not matter what name it is as long as it is the same address.

@MI5when I spoke to O2 Customer Care I was told if I took another SIM Only on my name I can either keep O2 Family 20% Discount or O2 Open Discount 25% on one O2 account.

Yes, you can only have one discount so you need to choose the one that gives you the biggest amount off your bill.

As long as at the same address it's OK.
