I am going to portugal next month. The last time I use O2 travel the data speed was terrible. Now with  Europe feels like home will be different?

I will be able to use 4G connection?

There is any data speed restriction or cap?

Based on reports from others it is still hopelessly slow.
4G is available in some areas but O2 have not published a list yet and I doubt there are many at the moment.

When the list of 4G agreements are published it will need to be added to the first guide I linked to here  which currently states

"Data Services Abroad - Currently O2 have no 4G Roaming agreements overseas, so Data may be slower than it is in the UK".

They also need to add "because we throttle the life out of it"
