@TobyI know you are currently discussing KB for mobile. On PC it is slightly better but still difficult to find the particular article you want to post. This is what I see on PC
So within each section there are numerous other KB articles...
1) You need to know where to look for the one you want to use
2) This means searching through numerous sections to get the one you need
This is very time consuming.
I honestly feel from a users perspective, they need to be inserted into ONE Index which we can save...then open and all KB articles will be there on view. ...we can then easily select the one we want..

Hi @Cleoriff,
Having one section would mean that members would need to go through a long list of all content. If they know what they want to know, they can think look at the different sections (which mirror the community) that may help them, saving time and energy reading all the guides' titles. We want to keep adding more guides to the KB, and one list would eventually become very hard to use (if there were dozens of hundreds even). I get what you're saying, but we are thinking long term
I am talking to Lithium now guys about the mobile view issue.

Hi @gmarkj,
We dont have any Android-specific guides yet, so it is hidden, but we should unhide it now to encourage anyone who'd like to create an Android guide. I'll do that.
FYI guys, I have added a Knowledge base link on the mobile version of the community, right at the top. It should show all of the different CKB boards :). Please let me know if it does not function for you!

Does pay monthly cover anything non apple related then, or is there nothing that would go in an android section?
Just wondering as there is an android section on the forum (under help with devices I think...)
This is typical of my concerns @gmarkj. Not particularly that there is no Android section..but not knowing under which heading you can find the KB article you want.
For forum regulars it means you click on the link for KB guides ..then click on the heading you think you need......cant find it there so click on another one etc etc until you find the guide you want.
So with the Community Index it's a two click process...with KB it will be more than that.
Dont get me wrong, I am all for change if it improves efficiency (and helps provide information in a timely manner) Currently I don't think the layout for KB does that. (Apologies for 'going on' repeatedly)
