Hi,

Took a 12mo SIMO offer in Feb with free Disney+ for 6mo.

Since May, it's saying in the Disney+ account that the subscription is over (it still works).  It's now repeatedly emailing saying the subscription period is on hold as payment unable to be taken.

MyO2 says that the extra is active and valid for the 6mo.  DIsney+ account says no.

TIA for any help!

Hi all,

So I called O2 and talked it through.  They tried a few bits but not really much that could be done.

I then called Disney+ and they managed to sort it out and cancel the notificaations

All solved!

@SimmyG

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
