Hi @Anonymous

Deposits are returned after 3 months if you have paid every bill on time. You will find it on your 4th bill. If this hasn't happened then ring O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@Anonymous This is not O2 you're talking to. We are all customers here. Your post doesn't make a lot of sense. What is your issue? Maybe someone here can explain things to you.

@Anonymous Your post is not clear, and O2 is not in the business of scamming customers. As said, this is a customer to customer community. You have been given a link to contact customer service to make a complaint, if you wish. I will tag our community admin team @Martin-O2 and @EmilieT, but that's all anyone here can do.

It's because they have closed their community account.
Everyone who deletes their account becomes "Anonymous"
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Bambino and all! Yes as @MI5 mentioned above we have the new GDPR-related account features that went live recently whereby you can now delete your community account if you wish to do so, and it will then say "Anonymous" in your content instead of displaying your username. You can find more information on how to do this and what the other GDPR-related features are in this topic.
