O2 Credit Not Showing On My Account

I was given a £60 credit on the 21st April and assured it was showing on my account, even though I couldn't see it! My bill payment was taken from my bank account on the 26th April, but the credit wasn't applied. Now I can't get hold of a customer service agent - chat line showing as 'busy'!! Feeling very frustrated with O2. The £60 credit given instead of the 6 months free airtime that had been on offer when i took out this new contract. No idea what to do next.

If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Sounds like the bill credit has been applied to your account after your bill was generated looking at the dates. In which case it is next month's bill which will be £60 cheaper

You can check for credits by following this guide to the end Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? then look at the left hand side for "recent charges"

Any credits will show in there.

Thank you. I used the FB messaging service and have had an explanation on why the credit didn’t show this month.
