Hi,
What is the support process for Blue Mondays as i have so far won a Tony's chocolate bar and then two prsnt vouchers for flowers. At the moment i have not received anything. The Tony email came through two weeks ago and nothing has arrived The presnt vouchers have been received but don work when you log in. Getting tired of this process and the failed delivery of the gifts it reflecting poorly on you as a brand.

Not aure who your email provider is but if hotmail or outlook.com for some reason MS don't like these emails, as to be honest mine come through instantly, but I host my own mail servers and dont rely on spam heavy email providers.
The issues with PRSNT aren't new, as I have problems with them in the past... You can try tweeting them as they seem to be responsive at times..
@Dave-O2 can you see if anything can be done..

I've had 2 wins (flowers) but did receive the emails but both weeks the codes haven't worked with prsnt. Raised with them and initially they respond but that's it; no follow up and no resolution 😞

My Chocolate bar arrived today, and to be honest your no missing much its a tiny bar of chocolate..
PRSNT are garbage at customer service to be honest, but you may have to nag them on twitter or via there own app...
