Hi
I been trying to download my o2 bills but it keep saying "This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later. ". I had the same issue last month but seems it has come back again in Dec.
I would call O2 but I can't find a customer support number or even a chat service anywhere.
Is anyone facing the same issue?

If you posted just after trying to download your bill, it could be that O2 are updating their systems as they do around this time every night
Try again in the morning maybe
