Hi @Bridge70 and Welcome to the Community Forum.

Occasionally we do see people with these glitches and typically leaving it for a while works better than any problem solving generic options.

I have checked this morning and the service is now running for me and I hope it is for you.

If not then let us know and we can then suggest remedies or ring CS from the numbers in the contact us tab at the bottom of the forum page to have your account checked.

Not working for me. Can get to the main account area but clicking on my number gives a "page not found" error, and the app wont log in either

Morning.

Perhaps give cs a call on 202 to ensure your mobile number has been associated correctly with your account.

Also with new accounts it can take a short while to set. And ensure your keying in the password in ccorrectly again.

Morning all

A a regular user of MyO2 I am used to the issue when the website is taken down overnight but normally when the website is back up then I can access.

However this morning I am still unable to access MyO2.

Any ideas guys n gals? ??
