My 6 month - free - Audible subscrition ends in a few days.

 

How do I stop it automatically rolling into a paid-for subscription?

You should be able to cancel it through your "extras" in your MyO2

This is the information from the o2 website

"You can opt out of this at any time in My O2."

You should also be able to do this via audible / amazon
