Change from a my contract to a pay monthly 12 sim only contract. Got my new 5g sim card in the post several days ago still unable to use as it doesn't work!
Instructuons with the sim states my o2 can help set up but it should work straight away!
Used my o2 which suggested I call o2....
O2 won't answer my call as it's not urgent enough for them redirecting me back to my o2! Twitter the same directing me back to my o2...yet again o2 great customer service day two & still no further forward in rectifying my issue of no working Sim Card?

Send SWAP to 20220 from your current sim then follow the instructions.

Just be aware that for 5G to work you need a 5G phone and be in a 5G location. If you dont then there is no point changing the sim over.
