Number transfer

I ordered a new phone from 02 on 16th dec and entered my PAC code. I then filled out the online keep my number form on the 18th dec but my number still has not transferred over

Things are running very slowly now and number ports don't happen at the weekend. You can fill in the keep my number form again and you should get a text back as to when the port will happen...
