Hi all, I have a existing SIM only contract with o2 and iv recently just had a new phone and contract via a third party. I'm simply trying to get my old number transferred over to my new account but unfortunately nobody seems to be able to help with this.
Iv tried doing it through web chat twice and iv phoned customer services also and still nothing. They fill out what they need to but nothing and they don't know why the request doesn't happen. This has been going on for over a week now and I'm at a loss at what to do next.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
