Yesterday I sent my pac code to 02 to transfer my old number from giff gaff to my new 02 phone how long should it take as it has been over 24 hours now and how willing know when it is done I have turned my phone off and on loads so far but still nothing

Still nothing I am wondering if I should just cancel it if there is a way to cancel it as my pac code will run out soon and I have already left giffgaff now

Not until the number has actually been transferred

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
