I requested a number swap from an O2 PAYG to a new Pay Monthly SIM a few days ago by filling in the online form. Nothing has happened. How can I make this happen?
You have done your part, you just have to wait @TobyC. o2 are working on reduced staff numbers and increased demand for them, so everything is running slightly behind normal. If you feel you have to contact them, everything we know is on the link above.

@TobyC Take a look at the link provided by @jonsie, but be aware that getting through to customer service is extremely difficult at the moment. If you only ordered your new sim a few days ago, it will most likely arrive in the mail at some point. When is probably a lottery.
