So I have had an ongoing issue with the numbers changing over, I have spoken to 24 people from 02 over the course of 8 days, many of which keep cutting me off or passing me from pillar to post through various teams who still haven't rectified the problem. How hard can this be really? All I am asking for is my number from my surface pro x to be swapped with my sim contract phone number for my phone. Ringing 202 isn't getting me anywhere and I am still waiting on the complaints department to call me back from Monday. Please help I need my original phone number back on my phone, I have already missed 9 calls through work and I am expecting important phone calls from the solicitors, courts and social workers not to mention the NHS for ongoing problems. This is not acceptable at all
