Hi,
I gave my PAC code from three to o2 almost three weeks ago. They said it would take maximum of two working days and my phone number has still not been changed. I also can’t call customer service as my request is not urgent enough, they hang up on me. I’m not sure what to do

Try 0800 587 4005 and say any of the options to get through.
