Number porting today

I am due to port my old number today from giffgaff to 02.Request was made yesterday @3pm.
Now both my old sim and 02 sim are only allowing emergency calls.
I keep restarting my phone but still emergency calls only.
How long should this take today?

Hello Soft focus, This can take upto 24 hours on your port date, you are doing the correct thing by restarting your device, if the problem persists you may need a sim swap this can be done via customer services or by popping into a local store with ID and your payment information for security purposes.
