Hi

I am new to O2 and when I ordered I entered the PAC from my previous supplier (EE)

I recevied my phone & new sim on Saturday and had a text message stating my number would port on 29/09/2020 (today)  - I am just wondering what happens next and what I need to do - if anything.  I have an Iphone if this makes any difference.

When will I be able to use my O2 contract and will my EE contract just end automatically?

Thanks
Sean

@seanscott55

You need your o2 sim in your O2 phone and turn it off.

Watch for your EE sim to lose signal, then wait 30 mins to turn on your O2 phone.

If no signal is showing, turn off again and wait 30 mins.

Keep repeating until you get a signal.

Once you have an O2 signal, go to, Settings >Phone >My Number and ensure it is showing your ported number.

If not, edit it, save and reboot.
