Number porting not done

Hi guys.

 

Just joined O2 pay monthly and wanted to move my number. 

 

Got my PAC from smarty and requested the transfer via live chat yesterday. Was told it would be done by 6pm today. 

 

Still hasn't been done. Live chat isn't much help they've just told me to restart my phone which I have done 3 times. 

 

Has anyone had any experience with transferring their number and/or any delays?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
