Hi everyone.

I submitted a few requests for my number to port over to O2 and none of them seem to have gone through, so I gave them a call this Monday and they said it would be done Tuesday. They asked me to turn my phone off until 6pm on Tuesday.

Fast forward to Wednesday and my phone still isn’t working. I can’t make or receive any calls or texts. Interestingly I did get a message when I first turned my phone on that O2 had disabled my sim - should I be concerned? What can I do to get this done asap? I have tried the chat function but it says they are too busy.

any help would be appreciated, thank you!

There's a known issue currently.

Just keep rebooting your phone until it gets a signal.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
