Trying to access my o2 account (former virgin mobile customer) but when I log in it says I have no products / services (despite receiving a bill for such). Try to link phone number and it says it’s already registered.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, nobody here can access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
