I recently requested a number change back to my old number after being paid off. I went to the o2 store couple days ago and asked if they could do it. The lady said its all done and will take up to 24hours, its been around 2-3 days now and still hasnt changed? Im not sure what to do, do i put my old sim in? And see if my current tariff and stuff swaps over to that sim? Or do i wait and see if the number swaps back to my new sim? I have no idea what to do.

@Mike0908

You can use your old sim which will have the new tariff on it or do a sim swap yourself Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
