New contract with O2, requested to change my mobile number to my old Three number. Applied on Friday and it still hasn't changed! Also why is there never any online Guru's? Starting to regret joinging O2

Have you rebooted the phone a few times?

Thanks! It will be done tomorrow by 6pm! Wish the bloke told me that on Friday! Not getting a new phone over the festive period again 😂

Porting numbers is done manually and the team don't work weekends so any requests that go in on Friday are usually addressed until Monday. Ports are then completed the next day except when there is a holiday when it will be the next working day.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
