Number Transfer

I moved from EE to O2, called up O2 customer services and gave the EE PAC code and required information 3 days ago. My original number looks like it has been moved on my O2 account and I have added it to my iPhone as my number but calls and texts are still going to my old Olof one on EE. I understand things may take longer in the current climate but I just want to know it's being processed and it would be useful to know when the number will be transferred so I know my EE contract has terminated because at the moment it looks like I'm paying for both? Thanks

As you say things are running a little behind due to the situation. You just need to be patient and it will sort itself out.
If the old sim is still working then it hasn't happened yet.
