I am receiving unwanted messages from 02, unwarranted surveillance and am not happy that my contract is for year and hasn’t arrived and subjected to play increase. I am thereby giving you notice of intent to leave 02 aa the it now unethical, corrupt and breaches my security. I will give you one month to stop unethical behaviors ans unprofessional.
From April, we're adjusting your Airtime Plan in line with Feb's 1.4% RPI rate of inflation, seen in your terms.

For example, a £26 Airtime Plan would increase by £0.36 a month. Device Plans stay the same. Go to My O2 (app/online) in April to see your new bill.

@Kutamba

You can only cancel without penalty if within 28 days of starting your contract

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/our-change-of-mind-policy

Additionally, to do so you need to contact O2 directly (this isn't O2 here)

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Finally, the rpi increase is covered in the T&C's you signed, so that is not a valid reason to cancel outside of the 28 day period.

For the record, no one is tracking you....... yet wink
