Hi my wife is getting a lot of calls from overseas especially from central Africa we’ve tried the block the call but they still keep coming

If your wife doesn't mind having a number change, she needs to call o2 on 202 and when through, select lost or stolen from options to get through to a person. Your wife needs to tell them that she's getting nuisance calls - she's allowed one number change for free. Hope this helps.

I have been having the same issue all night! Phoned O2 and apparently they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. They said could be 24 to 48 hours before it’s resolved!
