I am trying to transfer from Tesco O2 to O2 but none of the available methods are working. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

It’s working now. But I can’t get any of the methods to work. As I’m paying 2 bills I would be better cancelling my O2 contract but I can’t do that either. They should assign some of the sales team to other duties. This is causing time, money and stress.
