Hello everyone, I am in the process of switching from Virgin to O2 keeping my current number.  Do I need to inform Virgin to get my DD cancelled or will this automatically happen when O2 aquires my number?

Your account will be closed by Virgin Mobile, once the port goes through. 

 

Do not cancel the direct debit until your final bill from Virgin is paid.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
