I recently upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 5g as part of the Christmas offer when I've got my device plan it says the device will cost me £1049 over 36 months when it should be £849 anybody else had this issue and was there any other way to rectify it without sending the handset back and redoing the order.

I would call Customer Services in the morning, as it will probably show as £1049 with a £200 payment made towards the phone. But Customer Services will be the best to advise

The £200 has been deducted from your monthly device payments.

The credit greement will show the full price, but will be adjusted in the device payments section of your MyO2.

Your best bet then is to contact customer services on 202 as soon as possible before they get too busy...
