Not taking money out of Balance

Anonymous

Hi I was wondering why my £10 for PAYG Go Go hasn't been taken out of my balance. I converted some of my rewards to balance this morning, and it still hasnt taken anything out to pay for my tarriff. Doesn't O2 accept rewards balance as a payment?

As I understand it you have to actually top up with credit.

Hi.

The t&c from O2 say not.

However I've used my rewards before to help pay my payg payment.

If you call them in 4445 or use live chat they should be able to help.

MI5 is correct, you require real money funds to pay for your tariff.
