Not renewing on renewal date

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi there,

Just wanted to know, how do I let O2 know, that I don't want to renew on my renewal date?

I want to explore other options, but I can't seem to find the right place.

Thanks.

My advice is to get some Payg SIM cards from Networks your interested in and try them out for a week to see which one gives you good network and data connection.

if you decide to leave 02 then request an unlock to all networks so you can use any sim in the phone which also raised its street value if you decide to sell it on.

It's free for contract customers.

Take care.
