Not receiving text messages on my new phone

Hi,

 

I upgraded yesterday to a Samsung S7 Edge which I love, but I am a bit concerned as I am not receiving text messages from my husbands Vodafone S6 phonem, this was not a problem on my previous phone.  I have received texts from other people.

 

Can anyone give me any suggestions to how I can resolve this.

It all comes down to an o2 issue and not other networks. If they take as long to rectify this as they are taking with community issues.....

Yes you are correct @Cleoriff TuGo seems to be a trigger. Hope this gets resolved quickly

TuGo is the MAIN factor in texts not being received from non-O2 users. As soon as I uninstalled it, texts appeared immediately. I'll never use TuGO again as it's been the cause of every suspected "Network Problem" that I've had.
