Hi,

 

My husband and I both received new sims yesterday and both of us are unable to receive text messages. Had a live chat yesterday and was told to wait 24 hours, had a live chat today and said there were issues with a mast. Network coverage in my area says it’s working fine. Any ideas?

Its been over 24 hours and countless reboots still no success. A lady from O2 said she will call me once the 24 hours have passed to investigate further. Unfortunately wasn't called back. I have a Samsung S20 and can't download any banking apps as they send a text with a code!!!

We’ve got an iPhone 7 and a Galaxy S7 edge, tried rebooting them several times

We’ve rebooted loads of times and followed the instructions for the sim swap, we can use it for calls and sending messages but neither of us can receive messages

It seems texting is an issue with phones other than the S20
