Hi,
My husband and I both received new sims yesterday and both of us are unable to receive text messages. Had a live chat yesterday and was told to wait 24 hours, had a live chat today and said there were issues with a mast. Network coverage in my area says it’s working fine. Any ideas?

We've had so many problems with S20 texting today.

We’ve got an iPhone 7 and a Galaxy S7 edge, tried rebooting them several times

We’ve rebooted loads of times and followed the instructions for the sim swap, we can use it for calls and sending messages but neither of us can receive messages
