Hi have been have an issue with my o2 sim when people ring me it’s saying phone number not recognised or call failed but I can still ring people just fine so I went in the o2 shop and they swapped my sim and they said it will take 24hr to come back on and after 24hr it hasn’t and they said contact Apple. After contacting Apple they ran a diagnostics test on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and said there it’s a problem with your carrier account quote “ Account setting with the carrier maybe affecting services such sms mss and LTE”. I have also tried the sim in an iPhone 12 and an Samsung galaxy z flip 4 and it’s still doing the same thing. I don’t know what to do now

You may need another sim as the one you have been given could be faulty.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
