Is there a simple solution to this long standing problem of calls switching strainght to voice-mail ? Tried a new sim card. Issue is sporadic however, occasionally I get a call !

Sorry so long responding to this. This issue was very simple although I had to go to an apple shop, embarassingly, to get it solved. It was the crescent moon setting that was switched off - so simple. But thanks for the reply.
