I pay monthly and changed my contract a few weeks ago, when I got my new phone. Everything was working fine. Now I can't receive calls or texts messages when I'm not connected to the WiFi. I can't call or send texts either. I have unlimited calls and texts, and have used hardly any data this month. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

It's possible that O2 have moved you to a new sim card.

Did you get a new sim with your new phone to try it?

If not, you'll need to contact O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Try the Skype option or borrow a phone of someone.

If you still have your old sim, try it.

If not or anyway, you'll need to call O2 on the numbers in link above.
