After my phone got stolen we disabled that SIM card and ordered a new SIM card from o2 to use in my old iPhone 7 Plus. Ever since I have been able to pick up signal and text perfectly, but no matter where I go my phone will not pick up any mobile data and I can’t figure out why? I was on hold for an hour trying to call O2 so wondered if anyone had any suggestions on here? Thank you!

O2 block both the account and the sim but usually forget to unblock both.

sounds like you have a data bar on your account, customer service will need to remove it for you so I would recommend calling 202 from your mobile as calls are working to get the bar removed
