Hello, I purchased a new phone early January this year and paid a deposit. It said I would get this back after I have paid the first 3 bills. I paid January, February and March's bills via direct debit and April's bill has come today but there is no credit for my deposit.
There was an offer on the phone for 6 months free airtime, so I have only been paying for the handset so far, This just popped into my head and I wondered if that is the issue? Will the three months bills start when the six months free airtime finishes? If so I was not made aware of this, so the contract has been miss-sold.
Can anybody here advise please? Thank you.

Hi @Dpowell33 - You need to ask O2 to return it on your 4th bill if you have paid the first 3 bills in full and on time.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I was lead to believe it would show as a credit on my fourth bill, but it isn't there?

I spoke to somebody on the app who has now credited the deposit onto my bill. I have just spoken to O2 on the phone and they advise that they will refund the deposit into the bank account which I use to pay my bill direct debits as I told them that I no longer have the account with the card that I used to pay the deposit. They said I should have the money within 7 days.
Thank you everybody fort your help.
