Not being able to send pic messages

I have just gone onto a new SIM card and put it on pay & go go go , which gives you the 500 texts and so on.
But since going on it I couldn't receive or sent picture messages,I sent mms to the 1010 it took a while to get a reply but when I did I can receive picture messages now but not send them 😞
WHY .???

Hi,

Check the apn settings in your phone just to make sure.

Then if all looks Ok phone 02 Customer Services on 4445 so they can check your account.
