So for the last few months whenever I have attempted to pay my monthly device plan I have received a message saying that the payment couldn't be authorised and to try a new card or contact my bank. Initially I used a friend or family members card to pay my bill but I decided now to contact my bank. They said that there is no issue on their end and that it is in fact O2 that is refusing to authorise my payment. How do I go about getting O2 to start accepting my card again.
