Hi all, I’ve recently switched to o2 and I find myself not able to make or take any calls. When I try to dial a number, it gets disconnected automatically with three beeps. People are not able to get through to me either. My device is iPhone 12 and I tried resetting the network settings. Would anyone be able to help me as I’m not even able to get through to the customer service…

I upgraded yesterday and just moved my old sim into my new phone and I have had the same issue. Can use data but no messages or calls in or out

I moved to O2 yesterday with a new phone and SIM. Can send and receive txt but cannot make or receive phone calls.

i am having same issue, its frustrating has O2 could of sent out email or text to tell us what is going on, instead you have to call to find out

me too 3 weeks now 4 phonecalls to 02 still not able to use 4444 or 4445 paying monthly still not functioning have rebooted phone removed and re-inserted SIM same old same old 3 weeks is poor service i expected it to work immediately
