Can somebody from O2 please get in touch to see if they can help me?
I recently (1st June) bought an o2 SIM and moved my daughters number to O2 - she then realised she did not have any reception where she did her daily trips (college, etc) so we need to cancel.. We are still within the cooling off period, however o2 have not been able to give me a PAC so I can take the number and move.. I have been asking for the PAC since Thursday..
Time is running out and Tuesday is the last day I am still within the cooling off period, so I need to submit the PAC before 6pm on Monday in order for the move to happen..
I am getting really annoyed with O2 and have no intentions of paying any early termination fees IF they manage to delay the transfer outside of the Cooling off Period.. THEY are delaying the transfer, not me.
Can somebody please help me generate a PAC so I can move the number?

Have you tried this?
If you're switching to O2 from another network, and you want to keep your mobile number, you'll need to ask your old network for a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code). You can get your PAC by texting PAC to 65075, you'll get it in 60 seconds
Other than that we are all customers here and you will need to contact O2 on one of the methods outline at the bottom of the forum page.

Some more info I should have added to make it even more clear what Im facing:
1) I am unable to text PAC to 65075 as I have multiple numbers on the account.. If I text it just asks me to call.
2) If I try to do this online on the my o2 page it wants to charge me £80 early termination fee, even though I am within my 14 days Cooling Off Period.. Its simply a "computer says no" scenario.. Obviously a fault on their system.
So no, I am unable to self-serve and do this myself...
