Hi,
I've been trying to connect to Wifi on the London Underground through the Virgin Media portal, but when I select the O2 option and enter my number it produces an error message stating 'Sorry, this service is only for people on O2. Just joined? It might that us a few hours to sort out.'
Needless to say I've been with O2 for over 7 years and I'm registered with O2 wifi. I've contacted O2 customer services on numerous occasions and visited an O2 Guru but no one has come up with a solution. I can connect to every other O2 hotspot fine.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to solve this mystery?
