Not Received Samsung Earbuds voucher for £1

I purchased a Samsung S23 on October 26th 23, which had the offer of receiving a voucher to get Graphite Samsung Earbuds for£1. Despite calling O2 on a number of occasions throughout December, I have still not received anything. Is there any advise on what I could do next, as everything I have tried so far has not worked.
