Non delivery of sim card

Card was ordered Wednesday over the phone and still hasn’t arrived everything from sky was switched over on Thursday so have had no phone since then was told SIM card would arrive by Thursday and still nothing.

Nothing we can do here as a customer only forum.
SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail so could be a hold up, but nothing will appear now until Monday

It can take 5 to 7 working days for Royal Mail to deliver anything, calling up wont speed up this process as there is nothing o2 can do to speed it up, you are at the hands of the useless Royal Fail...
