Hi, on Friday the 13th September, I placed an order for honor magic V3 with switch up. Order was meant to be delivered on Monday 16th September. I had tracking number everything. It arrived at DPD depot. But it never left for delivery to me. My tracking number says it is being returned to O2! I've called O2 several times regarding this but nobody will take ownership and try to get menmy device.
