Nokia 625-Error code 86000C09- problems connecting to eas.outlook.com

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, since Wednesday, 27th Dec 2017, my mobile phone, Nokia 625, will not connect to my hotmail account. The message 'Error code 86000C09, problems connecting to eas.outlook.com' keeps coming up everytime I want to view my updated email account. The message advises me to contact suport person or service provider. I can only see emails from Tuesday, 26th backwards on my phone. Can anyone help please?

Many thanks, Phoenix70.
