No way to view upgrade options

When I log into My O2 i am unable to get any upgrade options as it says there is an outstanding balance on my account. There is not, my billing shows all payments were received and when I click the link it shows me it takes me a page showing a balance of zero.

 

How can I look at my switch up options with this error on my account?

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
